An interesting little side effect of doing all this new stuff and mixing things up, is the boys are forced to pay closer attention. The next time out after doing the one for ones we did double doubles I think Q really thought there was a blind out there, when he was looking for the memory bird… next time I did singles he really thought it would be a double but had to pay close attention and listen, it is a beautiful thing to see.

For the nine point drill we put a launcher out there but never fire it. For doubles I change the order and give them two memory birds, there is so much that I can start changing up and keep them on their toes.
So, no more doing the same thing all the time.
